Access your account and select the Gear Settings icon in the lower left corner of the page.

Select APIs and select Create API Key.

Label the key accordingly, select Read only for Access type, and set expiration to Never.

Whitelist the below IP addresses:

Click Continue and then note down the Key, Secret, and Passphrase to input in the key, secret, and passphrase fields in Otto.
