Access your account and select the Profile icon in the top right and select API Keys.

Select Create V5 API Key.

Under Purpose, select API trading.

Label the key accordingly and create a Passphrase.

Whitelist the below IP addresses:

Select Read only for Permissions then select Confirm.

Note down the API Key, API Secret, and Passphrase to input in the key, secret, and passphrase fields in Otto.
